Eduard Gorianskii

Eduard Gorianskii has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and project management. Eduard started their career in 1996 at IPC, where they worked as a Software Engineer for the joint project of EBRD and IPC GmbH, focusing on the development, implementation, and support of banking software for lending within the small business support program. In 2004, they transitioned to Quipu GmbH and held various roles over the years. Eduard started as a Software Engineer and specialized in core-banking system development for ProCredit Holding's banks worldwide. Their responsibilities included developing the loan module, loan risk assessment, credit cards, and process automation. Eduard also worked on system implementation and upgrade projects across multiple countries. In 2014, Eduard became an IT Project Manager at Quipu GmbH, where they managed IT projects for the development and implementation of new services and system updates. Eduard conducted business analysis, project planning, and monitored implementation and change management. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of New Digital Channels Development Department, leading the mobile application development team and overseeing the development of mobile banking applications for ProCredit Holding's banks. Eduard was responsible for strategic planning, prioritization of goals, product road-mapping, and business analysis.

Eduard Gorianskii attended Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1990 to 1995, where they studied Computer Science. In 2021, they also attended the ProCredit Bankers Academy for a short period of time, focusing on subjects such as Banking and Finance, Humanities, Environment, and Communication. No degree was specified for either educational experience.
