Olivia Puentes

Olivia Puentes has a range of work experience in various industries. Olivia started their professional journey as an Agente de viajes at Hostelling International in 2011. From there, they moved on to work as a Flight Reservations Systems Administrator at the Argentina Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2012 to 2014. Olivia then joined Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in 2016 as an Ejecutiva de Cuentas mercado LATAM, where they managed relationships with travel industry partners and end consumers. Additionally, they represented the company at tradeshows and events and negotiated group reservations and rate agreements with tour operators. Currently, Olivia is working as a Lead Generator at Quipu, where they develop sales leads through cold calling and maintains the lead generation database.

Olivia Puentes completed their postgraduate studies in Medicina Ayurveda at Fundacion de Salud Ayurveda Prema in the year 2018. In 2015, they pursued Marketing strategy and planning at the University of Buenos Aires, and from 2007 to 2011, Olivia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Universidad del Salvador, specializing in Tourism and Travel Services Management. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in teamwork from Adecco in June 2016.
