Elsa Selmani is currently serving as a Conversational AI and LLM Consultant at Quiq since February 2023, where the focus is on enhancing business-to-consumer customer experience through AI-driven digital assistants. Elsa also holds the position of Sales Development Representative at RevDash starting in February 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Project Management Assistant at Anova Research from November 2022 to February 2023, and as a Team Manager and Senior Call Agent at Capital Group from September 2020 to October 2022. Elsa earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Prishtina between October 2017 and September 2020.
