Niels is a banker through and through. For many years, he worked for one of the leading investment and commercial banks in Europe, managing multinational and listed corporations and their subsidiaries in Germany, Europe and Asia, acquiring experience in corporate banking. During this time, he also gained first-hand knowledge of the German capital market and securities business, as well as stock exchange transactions.

As Head of Corporate Banking at a private bank in northern Germany, He was subsequently responsible for corporate client services, the bank's Trading and Treasury, capital markets business with companies and institutional investors, as well as electronic banking.

It all began with his training as a banking officer at Deutsche Bank. When Germany reunited, He then trained as a DVFA investment analyst with the German Association for Financial Analysis & Asset Management and also became a certified European financial analyst (CEFA).

What drives him are the things that are also important in sport: team spirit, motivation, fairness - and, of course, the will to succeed. As a passionate handball player, these values ​​also play a central role in his professional life.
