Nora Bossa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client service and quality assurance. Currently serving as Client Service Support at Quiroga Law Office, PLLC since May 2023, Nora previously held various roles at Teleperformance from September 2019 to April 2023, culminating in the position of Quality Assurance Manager. With a strong background in commercial management as the Commercial Director at Novatek Ingenieria S.A.S. from April 2017 to September 2019, and administrative oversight with Servicios Integrales del Atlantico S.A.S. from December 2008 to March 2017, Nora has demonstrated proficiency in billing and collection processes.
