Douglas Duek

Douglas Duek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial and strategic advisory services. Since June 2008, Douglas has served as CEO and Founder of Quist Investimentos, specializing in corporate management, restructuring, debt resolution, judicial recovery, special situations, mergers and acquisitions, and board advisory. Prior to this role, Douglas co-founded and managed Neomaxx Investimentos from March 2007 to June 2008, focusing on venture capital management. Douglas's academic background includes a Master's degree in Finance from BSP - Business School São Paulo, specializations in Valuation from both NYU Stern School of Business and Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, as well as a Master's program in Management as an exchange student at Harvard Business School, and a specialization in Corporate Turnaround and Brazilian Bankruptcy Law from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
