Ivonne Samaniego

Ivonne Samaniego currently serves as the Head of People at Pelago since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ivonne held the position of Chief People Officer (CHRO) for the Americas at Kantar from 2019 to August 2024, where leadership of a 15-member HR team supported 1,200 employees in alignment with the business strategy. Previous experience includes serving as VP, Head of People for Global Corporate Functions at WeWork, and as VP, Global Head of HR for Aspen Insurance Group. Ivonne also held roles at AIG as Global Business Partner, TIAA-CREF as Senior Director, HR Business Partner, and earlier positions at Mizuho, Neuberger Berman, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. Ivonne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baruch College.
