Patricia started their career at SEATECH ENGINEERING LIMITED as an Office Administrator and Quality Technician Assistant, where they assisted the General Manager in implementing quality systems. Patricia then worked at Siemens as an Assistant Intraday Specialist in the Work Force Management department, handling job rotation schedules and absence monitoring. Patricia also had a brief role at the Royal National Institute for the Deaf as a Communication Service Assistant, booking services for clients and coordinating freelance interpreters.

Their longest tenure was at Quixant, where they held multiple positions. Patricia began as a Sales and Marketing Assistant, coordinating exhibitions, events, and workshops. Patricia later advanced to the role of Sales and Marketing Executive, with responsibilities including campaign planning, execution, and customer sales support. Finally, they became the VP of Business Development for Spain and Latin America, where they utilized CRM data for decision making and developed marketing plans and customer support strategies.
