Cathy Field

Cathy Field is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, business development, and marketing within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for Commercials and Events at Quixote Studios since August 2024, Field previously held the position of Vice President for Business Development & Partnerships at The Hollywood Reporter from January 2010 to June 2024. Additionally, Field worked as a Strategic Consultant at Field Entertainment, Inc. in 2009 and served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Variety from November 2002 to May 2009, where expertise was applied to enhance the brand across various platforms. Cathy Field holds an MBA in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Organizational Communications and Marketing from Pepperdine University, complemented by a Year in Europe program in Florence, Italy.
