Sanil Khurana has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Sanil started their career at The Solar Labs in 2018, where they developed a Python program to calculate solar generation with a focus on performance optimization. In 2019, they continued their role as a software engineer at The Solar Labs until 2020. During this time, they focused on weather prediction, generation, interpolation, and data science.

In 2020, Sanil joined MedTrail as a software engineer and worked on building microfrontend iOS and Android apps using React Native, as well as web applications using React. Sanil also played a key role in creating and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs for accessing data models.

Sanil Khurana obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree with a focus on Java from the Vivekananda Institute Of Professional Studies, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications. These include the AWS Certified Solutions Architect—Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in October 2021. Sanil also completed a course on Convolutional Neural Networks from deeplearning.ai in September 2019. Furthermore, in December 2018, they completed a course titled "The Complete Self-Driving Car Course - Applied Deep Learning" on Udemy. Prior to their degree program, they obtained certifications in Data Structures from UC San Diego in October 2017, and Algorithmic Toolbox from UC San Diego in August 2016.
