Vignesh Sankar

Vignesh Sankar has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and user experience. Vignesh is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Quizizz since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at PagarBook from October 2020 to July 2022. At PagarBook, they focused on developing solutions for business management, attendance, payroll, and fintech products for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Before joining PagarBook, Vignesh worked at Kubric as a Member of the Product Team from February 2020 to July 2020. Here, they conducted market and user research for new product initiatives and launched a successful Shopify app for automating offer badges.

Vignesh began their career at Vicara in November 2016, where they served as the Head of Experience. Vicara is a hardware technology company focused on designing interface devices for the future of digital interaction. As a founding team member, Vignesh played a crucial role in developing and implementing immersive technologies and solutions.

Additionally, Vignesh gained early work experience as a User Experience Design Intern at Cartoon Mango Studios from December 2016 to January 2017. Here, they gained practical experience in user experience and interface design for mobile and web applications.

Vignesh Sankar completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology, from the years 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued Senior Secondary Education with a focus on Science from Modern Delhi Public School from 2012 to 2014. Their secondary education was completed at Apeejay School Kharghar from 2007 to 2012. Vignesh began their education at Cambridge School Noida, where they completed their elementary schooling from 2000 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Vignesh has obtained several certifications. Vignesh completed courses such as "User Research - Methods and Best Practices" and "CONDUCTING USABILITY TESTING" from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in May 2017 and April 2017, respectively. Vignesh also completed a course on "Gamification and Behavioral Design" from Udemy in March 2017. Vignesh obtained a certification in "Product Design" from Udacity in July 2016 and "Master Web Design Using Photoshop" from Udemy in June 2015. Vignesh also obtained a certification in "Google Adwords" from Google in February 2015.
