Sonja Markovic

Sonja Markovic has a diverse work experience. Sonja began their career in 2015 as a Textile Engineer for Pressice AB and Co-founder for Hopaal. In 2016, they took on the role of Product Developer/Buyer's Assistant for Peak Performance. In 2019, they interned with Ladakh Ecological Development Group (LEDeG) / Framtidsjorden. In 2020, they worked as a Sustainability Consultant/Coach for Sustainergies and Project Manager for AD Tillsammans AB. Currently, they are a Project/Research Assistant for Stockholm Resilience Centre and a Content/Research Coordinator for Quizrr.

Sonja Markovic received a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Kandidatexamen in Textile product development and entrepreneurship from the University of Borås in 2016. Sonja also completed a Bachelor's degree in Performance sports textiles and footwear from Université Savoie Mont Blanc in 2016.
