Micha Kämpfer

Micha Kämpfer has a long and varied career in the healthcare and life sciences industries. In 2005, they began their career as a Junior Consultant at walkerproject ag. Micha then moved to Swiss Re in 2007 as a Consultant before joining UBS Wealth Management in 2010 as an Associate Director. In 2013, they returned to walkerproject ag as a Manager and Partner. In 2015, they became a Lecturer and Coach for "Lean Hospital" at H+ Bildung. In 2017, they Co-founded Comentum and served as a Co-founder & Change Facilitator. Micha also served as Managing Director of the Scandinavian branch of walkerproject ag. In 2020, they became an Angel Investor. In 2021, they became a Change Facilitator at Spacemaker AB. Finally, in 2022, they joined QUMEA as Vice President of Business Development for Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.

Micha Kämpfer completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Affairs & Governance from the University of St.Gallen between 2002 and 2008. During this same period, they also obtained an M.A. in International Business (finance et stratégie) from Sciences Po between 2007 and 2008. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in Health Informatics: Data and Interoperability Standards (HI2018xII) from edX.
