Jessica Jones has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Jessica began their career at Nordstrom as a Department Manager, where they successfully managed a team for seven years. Following their time at Nordstrom, Jessica worked at Basic Research as a Product and Account Manager, where they developed and implemented promotional sales strategies for major retail customers. Jessica later joined Quten Research Institute as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance. Throughout their career, Jessica has proven to be an exceptional communicator and collaborator, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Jessica Jones- SHRM SCP attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 1998 to 2001. During this time, they studied Business Management and obtained a degree in Business. In addition to their education, Jessica has also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2020.
