Shawnee de Anda

Shawnee (Irmen) De Anda, PHR, PRC has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Shawnee is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Thriveworks since October 2022. Previously, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Signature HealthCARE from November 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Talent Management and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Signature HealthCARE from April 2021 to November 2021 and May 2018 to April 2021, respectively.

Before joining Signature HealthCARE, Shawnee worked at Consulate Health Care as the Vice President of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition/Corporate HR from May 2016 to May 2018. Shawnee also held the role of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Golden Living from April 2012 to May 2016, where they played a key role in establishing innovative healthcare services.

Prior to their time at Golden Living, Shawnee worked at Harden Healthcare, LLC as the Director of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition from October 2008 to April 2012 and as the Regional Human Resources Director from May 2007 to October 2008. Shawnee started their career at Hawkins Personnel Group as a Branch Manager from October 2005 to May 2007.

Shawnee (Irmen) De Anda, PHR, PRC has a educational background in Human Resources Management and Services/Communications from the University of New Hampshire. Additionally, they hold a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from SHRM, obtained in December 2009, and a Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) from AIRS, obtained in June 2012.
