Prior to their current role, Ruben worked as a Principal at Intermedika Consulting, where they provided advisory services to healthcare and hospitality companies. Ruben played a key role in developing business strategies and innovative solutions for growth and profitability.
Ruben also served as a Strategic Advisor and Vice President of Business Development at Thanyapura Health & Sports Resort, where they contributed to the mission of promoting healthy and active lifestyles through sports and wellness.
Before that, Ruben founded and operated Medeguide Holdings Company Ltd, an online platform connecting patients and doctors. Ruben also established MedNet Asia Ltd, a strategic consulting company focusing on hospital and doctor marketing, branding, and medical tourism.
Ruben's earlier experience includes working at Bumrungrad International Hospital as the Marketing Director, where they successfully doubled international patient volume, trebled international patient revenue, and positioned the hospital as a leading medical tourism destination.
