Sera Min

Sera Min has over 20 years of experience in the field of digital design and user experience. Sera began their career in 1998 as an Interactive Art Direction & Development Designer at Phoenix Interactive, where they worked on projects for Exxon Mobile and other large oil corporations. After that, they joined Hydrogen Interactive as a Digital Art Lead, where they developed and managed the digital design for entertainment-related websites. In 2001, Sera Min joined Prodigy Internet as a UI Designer, where they played a key role in developing and managing the design of Prodigy's website. Sera then moved to SBC as a Senior UX/UI Designer, focusing on the merger of SBC and AT&T's support systems and tools. In 2005, they joined AT&T as a Lead UX/UI Designer, leading digital design UX/UI teams and overseeing the creation of ATT.com and other affiliated websites.

Throughout their career, Sera Min has held various roles at different companies. Sera worked as a Senior Experience Designer at SapientRazorfish in 2017 and as a UI Consultant at Waste Management for a brief period. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at AlienVault in different capacities, including Lead UX/Product Designer, Senior UX/Product Designer, and Associate Director UX. In 2020, they transitioned to AT&T Cybersecurity as a Lead Product Designer. Most recently, in 2021, Sera Min joined Quokka.io as a Principal Product Designer.
