Adrian Caballero has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Adrian started their professional journey as an entrepreneur in 2006 with ORSEX S.A. de C.V. After that, Adrian worked as an Asesor Comercial at CADENA COMERCIO OXXO SA DE CV, where they implemented and designed commercial, financial, and human strategies for a set of stores. Adrian then joined Caden Comercial OXXO as an Asesor Comercial and later as an Entrenador Teórico-Práctico, where they were responsible for various operational tasks, such as opening stores, ensuring compliance with processes and operational standards, and executing training programs.
