Olga Kramarova has a diverse work experience in user experience research and teaching. Olga is currently a Senior User Experience Researcher at Quora since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a User Experience Researcher at Google from December 2020 to August 2022. Olga also worked as a User Experience Researcher at YouTube from January 2020 to December 2020. Olga has also worked as a UX Researcher at Hilton from July 2019 to March 2020, and at SonicSensory, Inc. from April 2019 to August 2019. Additionally, they have experience as a UX Researcher at YouTube from March 2017 to February 2019. Olga's teaching experience includes working as an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Northridge since August 2013. Before their career in user experience research, they worked as a Dance Instructor/Choreographer, specializing in folk dances from various cultures and catering to students of all ages. Olga also worked as a Broadcast Engineer at Jewish Life TV from 2008 to 2012.

Olga Kramarova received their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, from 2008 to 2010. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts in Human Factors Psychology at the same institution, completing the degree from 2010 to 2012.
