Michele Ricketts

Michele Ricketts has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Michele started their career at Ciro Beverage Solutions as a Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for systems management, data quality, and user training. Michele then moved up to become the Systems & Technical Administration Manager, leading a project to consolidate multiple businesses into one legal entity and designing an automated budgeting tool.

Ricketts then joined TransUnion as a Data Manager, overseeing the submission, quality testing, and loading verification of various data sets. Michele also managed a team and developed processes for data quality management. After that, they worked at the Credit Providers Association as a Data Manager, Consultant, and Technical Advisor, where they played a crucial role in developing an inclusive data strategy and ensuring compliance with data provision obligations.

Following their time at the Credit Providers Association, Ricketts joined Tees, Esk, and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Information Analyst, where they supported the Information Product Team and provided reporting for various stakeholders.

Most recently, Ricketts has been working at Quorn Foods as a Lead SAP Analyst, overseeing logistics process improvements and delivering streamlined systems to support Brexit and customs requirements. Michele also held the position of SAP EDI Analyst, providing customer and business support leveraging Electronic Data Interfaces and managing SAP S/4 Hana.

Michele Ricketts attended Edenvale High School in 1993, where they completed their Matric. In addition to their education, they obtained certifications in Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2021 and Mental Health First Aid for Adults from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in July 2020.
