Philip Watson has extensive work experience in the consumer goods industry. Philip started their career at Cadbury plc. in 2008, where they served as a National Account Controller. In 1996, they joined Mondelēz International and held various roles, including Customer Development Director and Customer Development Controller for Sainsbury's and Waitrose. During their time at Mondelēz International, Philip was responsible for managing retail customers, leading teams, and overseeing talent development. In 2018, they joined Quorn Foods as the Commercial Director for the UK & I.
Philip Watson attended the University of Nottingham from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management, graduating with First Class.
