At Quorum, Jim is overall responsible to lead the mission-critical Operations functions including: Finance & Accounting, Customer Support, Sales Process Ops and Order Fullfillent. He is amongst the most passionate executives for the implementation continuous improvement processes and steadfast advocacy for all things important to the Customers' end-to-end experience at Quorum.

Throughout his growing and impressive career, Jim has held multiple, successful leadership roles in Operations across a number of customer-centric industries within challenging, high-growth business environments across automotive, software, and life sciences industries. Jim's previous roles include Sales Operations Management, Channel Operations and Customer Support, Quota and Compensation Planning and Administration, Sales Enablement, Products and Pricing, CRM Management (Salesforce.com and Siebel), Product Fulfillment and Entitlement, Customer Care, M&A, Process Improvement and more. Jim is a proud graduate of both the United State Air Force Academy and Purdue University.
