Shantel Senn has over 20 years of professional experience. Shantel began their career in 1997 as an Executive Assistant at Shorewood Packaging. In 2000, they moved to North Coast Electric as a Training and Marketing Coordinator. In 2002, they joined Symantec as a Principle Project Management Specialist and Sr. Administrative Specialist. In 2017, they became the Office Manager and HR Manager at Quorum.

Shantel Senn attended Lane Community College and Springfield High School. Shantel also obtained a Change Management certification from Prosci in March 2014.
