Jeffrey Pachter

Jeffrey Pachter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jeffrey began their career at Ernst & Young as an Audit Senior & Staff Auditor. Jeffrey then worked at Duracell in various roles, including Internal Audit Senior and Staff Internal Auditor, where they implemented new programs and methodologies.

Jeffrey later joined Gartner, where they served as Vice President Internal Audit & Security and Corporate Services. Jeffrey successfully reduced occupancy expenses and implemented cost-saving strategies. Jeffrey also established Gartner's first Audit Department and developed cross-functional teams for improved performance.

After Gartner, Jeffrey joined Reader's Digest as Chief Financial Officer, leading financial and operational turnarounds and driving multi-million dollar savings through contract renegotiations and finance group transformation initiatives. Jeffrey also served as Vice President, Internal Audit, overseeing key responsibilities in a major corporate acquisition.

Jeffrey's next role was at Time Inc., where they held the position of VP Chief Operating Officer, QSP. Jeffrey reengineered the organization to address declining sales performance and led general business operations and revenue generation.

Before their current role, Jeffrey worked at P.E.M.C. as Chief Operating Officer, focusing on various operational aspects of the company.

Currently, Jeffrey Pachter serves as President & CEO at Quorum Federal Credit Union. Jeffrey leads strategic planning and thinking, ensures a consistent standard of service, and oversees all operations for the organization. Jeffrey'sleadership has transformed the company into a results-oriented, accountable, and socially responsible organization.

Jeffrey Pachter attended Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management from 1984 to 1988. Jeffrey completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting during this period.
