Douglas Frame has extensive experience in enterprise sales and client management, currently serving in an enterprise sales role at Quorum Network Resources Ltd since July 2017. Prior to this, Douglas held the position of Director at Caithew Limited and sought new challenges during a brief sabbatical in early 2016. Douglas's background includes significant roles at AutoRek as Sector Lead for Banking, where the focus was on reporting and data management, and as Client Director for Lloyds Banking Group at API Software Ltd, driving initiatives to eliminate manual reconciliation processes. Additional experience includes senior account management at Applabs, sales roles at Charteris and 3Com, and sales specialization at IBM Global Services and Scottish Mutual Assurance. Douglas has a foundation in education from Stewarts Melville College.

We are an IT Consultancy and Managed Services company in Edinburgh with offices in London, Founded by Charles Scott, and Andrew Watson in 1999 We have successful Enterprise Consulting, Managed Services, and Application Development teams, underpinned by a strong PMO function to oversee, and deliver all our projects successfully. In 2018 it was announced that Quorum was going to become an employee-owned company, which became official in March 2019.
