Customer Success Director at Quorum Software

Allana Gynther has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Allana started their career at Wesfarmers Kleenheat Gas in 2008 as an Administration Officer/ LPG Cylinder Scheduler. In this role, they handled various administrative tasks and managed the scheduling of LPG cylinders. Allana then moved to Origin Energy in 2010 to work as a Gas Scheduler. After a year, they took on the role of Commercial Capability Specialist, where they performed a dual role as a Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for a project implementing a gas marketing, accounting, and reporting solution. This project involved implementing a technology solution and re-engineering processes and organizational capability. In 2015, Allana joined Tieto, where they initially worked as a Solution Consultant from 2015 to 2016. Allana then transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Manager from 2018 to 2021. Finally, Allana joined Quorum Software in 2021 as a Service Delivery Manager. In 2022, they took on the role of Customer Success APAC.

Allana Gynther completed their education with a Graduate Diploma of Business in Information Systems from the University of Southern Queensland from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Ethics from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 2003 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications through The Open Group, including the TOGAF® Certification Program and The Open Group Certified: TOGAF® 9 Certified, in April 2023.
