Customer Success Manager II at Quorum

Shahan Farooqui has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Shahan started their career as a Test Engineer at Teledyne LeCroy in 2012. In 2014, they joined the City of Portland as part of the Client Services team and stayed there until 2018. After that, they worked in Account Management at Fisher Investments from 2018 to early 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Shahan worked in Customer Success at Cvent. In 2023, they joined GLG as a Network Member and also started working as a Customer Success Manager II at Quorum.

Shahan Farooqui holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance and Business Management from Portland State University. In addition to their formal education, Shahan has obtained certifications in Quorum Administration and Quorum Fundamentals from Quorum in April 2023. They also received certifications in Account & System Administration, Event Management Advanced, and Event Marketing Strategy from Cvent in 2021.
