Will Bliss has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Will began their career as an Assistant to Professor Andrew A. Michta at Rhodes College in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Research Assistant to Valery Yevarouski at The Wilson Center and later became a Field Organizer for the Missouri Democratic Party. In 2018, Will took on various roles, including Teaching Fellow at LaunchCode, Georgia Field Director and National Data Director at Let America Vote, and Deputy Data Director at the Missouri Democratic Coordinated Campaign. In 2019, they joined Quorum as a Customer Support Specialist and later transitioned to the role of Technical Solutions Specialist. Since 2021, they have served as a Software Engineer at Quorum.
Will Bliss attended John Burroughs School from 2005 to 2011. Will then attended Loyola University Chicago from 2011 to 2012, where they studied History. Will later transferred to Rhodes College and from 2013 to 2015, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Russian Studies.
