Brendan O. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology and automotive industry. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Automotive Research & Recruitment Consultant at European Recruitment. Brendan then joined ICP Search in 2017 as a Consultant in Electronics, Semiconductors & Advanced Technologies. In 2018, Brendan joined MRL Consulting Group, where they served as a Consultant in Smart Mobility (Autonomous, Connected, Electric) before being promoted to the position of Senior Consultant in Smart Mobility (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electric) in 2020. In 2021, they moved to Matchtech, where they became the Team Lead in Global Automotive (ADAS & EV). Currently, Brendan is working as the Head of Practice - Global Mobility (ADAS, EV) at Quotacom. Their role involves engaging with Mobility centric clients in digital transformation initiatives related to Automated Driving, Safety, Electrification, Shared Mobility, and Mapping & Navigation.

Brendan O. pursued their education between 2009 and 2012 at the University of Worcester, where they obtained a BSc in Business Management. Brendan also holds a certification as a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from SocialTalent, which they received in August 2017.
