Chris Francis

Chris Francis has extensive experience in the field of executive search and recruitment. Chris currently holds the position of Head of Practice - Construction, Engineering & Industrial at Quotacom, where they work collaboratively with business leaders to drive innovation and digital transformation within the heavy asset industries. Chris specializes in the heavy asset industry vertical, serving clients in construction, engineering, manufacturing, mining, transport, and logistics.

Prior to this, Chris worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Human Capital Partners Limited from February 2020 to March 2023. Chris also gained experience as an Executive Search Consultant at Palmeira Search Limited from June 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they served as a Managing Consultant at PSR Solutions from March 2017 to May 2018. Chris started their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Randstad UK from December 2014 to February 2017, and prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays from May 2012 to November 2014.

Chris Francis attended The Manchester Grammar School from 1998 to 2005. From 2006 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies at the University of Leeds.
