Rhiannon Clarke's work experience begins in 2017 as a Duty Manager at PizzaExpress, where they gained skills in staff management, stock control, and financial analysis. In 2018, they joined Quotacom as an Associate Delivery Consultant, responsible for recruitment in the digital economy. Rhiannon then progressed to the role of Delivery Consultant, focusing on delivering talent strategies. From there, Rhiannon became an Interim Business Consultant before being promoted to Senior Delivery Consultant. Currently, they serve as the Team Lead for Account Management and Delivery, leading a team and focusing on diversity and inclusion efforts.

Rhiannon Clarke has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in International Relations and French, which they obtained from the University of Sussex between 2014 and 2018. In 2016 and 2017, they also studied at Sciences Po Aix, where they earned a Certificat d'Etudes Politiques with a focus on Politics and Linguistics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rhiannon obtained two certifications: Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in February 2023, and GDPR Compliance: Essential Training from LinkedIn in February 2022.
