Bill Johnson

Bill Johnson serves as the Senior Manager of Collaboration Services at Qurate Retail Group, a role held since June 2018, where responsibility includes overseeing the enterprise Collaboration Services for the O365 Platform, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and ADFS, leading an international team. Prior to this, Bill Johnson spent seven years as the Senior Manager of End User Computing at Cornerstone Brands Inc., focusing on strategic vision and support in areas such as Helpdesk, Desktop, Mobile Devices, Citrix Administration, and Customer Advocacy. Bill Johnson's earlier career also includes positions as Manager of IT Enterprise Operations, Service Level Manager at Pomeroy, and various managerial roles at Great American Insurance Co., where experiences spanned customer support and systems administration. Bill Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mount St. Joseph University, earned in 1987.
