Josh Harp

Josh Harp is an accomplished maintenance manager with extensive experience in the food production and logistics industries. Currently serving as Sr. Maintenance Manager at Aspire Bakeries since August 2023, Josh previously held the same title at The Kraft Heinz Company from August 2015 to June 2023, where additional roles included Manufacturing Manager and Maintenance Manager. Prior experience includes maintenance-related positions at Kraft Foods Group from August 2010 to July 2015 and a role as a C-130H Aircraft Mechanic with the Ohio Air National Guard from June 2002 to September 2016. Josh started a career at UPS in various capacities from August 2000 to June 2009. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from The Ohio State University, completed in March 2009.
