Jeffrey Massa's career at SAP spanned nearly two decades, where multiple senior positions involved managing global service operations, developing service innovation methodologies, and establishing consulting practices. Jeffrey Massa holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
