Kelly Morgan

Kelly Morgan serves as the Senior Vice President of People, Org & Experience at Qurate Retail Group since March 2023, overseeing multiple HR teams and spearheading the People and Culture transformation portfolio to support company turnaround efforts. Previously, Kelly dedicated over 22 years to QVC in various HR leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources, where strategic partnerships and people strategies were developed to enhance business growth across US and international markets. Earlier career experiences included HR management roles at Knowsley MBC, focusing on employee relations and organizational culture initiatives. Educational credentials include a CIPD Post Graduate Degree from St Helens College and training from the Northern School of NLP.
