Susan Young is an experienced change management professional with a strong background in strategic initiatives and organizational development. Currently serving as Change Management Lead at Brotherhood of St. Laurence since April 2020, Susan oversees change management frameworks and transformational projects to enhance adoption and realize benefits across various domains, including Finance, Aged Care, and IT.
