Susan Young

Susan Young is an experienced change management professional with a strong background in strategic initiatives and organizational development. Currently serving as Change Management Lead at Brotherhood of St. Laurence since April 2020, Susan oversees change management frameworks and transformational projects to enhance adoption and realize benefits across various domains, including Finance, Aged Care, and IT. Previously, Susan held the role of Acting Head of People and Culture while leading human resources practices that fostered a high-performing culture. With a comprehensive career including leadership positions in nbn™ Australia, ESTA, and Jetstar Airways, Susan has developed and implemented critical change management strategies, enhanced capabilities, and managed crisis responses, showcasing a commitment to continual improvement and stakeholder engagement. Susan holds an MBA in International Business and additional certifications in Agile Business Analysis and Change Management.
