Sridhar Bandaru

Sridhar Bandaru, PMP, currently serves as Manager of Software Engineering at Qurate Retail Group, overseeing a team of 10 Java developers focused on private label card initiatives with Synchrony Bank. Sridhar is instrumental in transitioning from monolithic payment applications to Spring Boot microservices on a Kubernetes platform and consolidating distributed reusable services across Qurate brands. Previously, Sridhar held the position of IT Technical Project Manager at HSN, managing multiple project implementations to enhance omnichannel order management systems. Earlier experience includes roles as Architect, Project Lead, and Senior Software Engineer at Home Shopping Network, where Sridhar was the primary contact for critical sales and service systems, and as a Siebel CRM Consultant at Sharpedge Solutions and Paradigm Infotech Solutions.
