Haris Naeem Nini has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2011 when they were a Director, Producer and Editor at Cinerev Productions. In 2012, they were a Social Media Intern at Health Connexions and a Co-ordinator, International Business Operations at Naeem Traders. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Territory Manager at British American Tobacco, and then a Business Development Manager and Territory Manager - Key Accounts at Imperial Brands PLC. In 2021, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Naeem Traders, and most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Business Development & Partnerships at Qureos.

Haris Naeem Nini completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Schulich School of Business - York University between 2016 and 2017. Haris also obtained a BCom in Marketing and International Business from McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management between 2008 and 2011. In 2013, they received a Certification in French as a Second Language from Académie Linguistique Charlemagne. In 2011, they completed a Summer Exchange Program in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Additionally, they did a Summer Exchange Program in Finance, General from Institute of Business Administration in 2009.
