Ishara Kalpani Duwalage

Ishara Kalpani Duwalage is a highly qualified professional with extensive experience in research and data analysis. Currently serving as a Staff Research Associate at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) since March 2025, Ishara has previously worked as an Insights and Research Analyst at Flight Centre Travel Group and as a Data Scientist at Black Box Co. Additionally, Ishara has contributed as a Peer Reviewer for BMJ and has held positions as a PhD candidate and temporary lecturer at QUT, Open University of Sri Lanka, and University of Peradeniya. Ishara holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from QUT and a Bachelor's degree with first-class honors in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Peradeniya.
