Janmejay Mohanty

Janmejay Mohanty has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Janmejay is currently the Head of People and Culture for India and Indonesia at Qvantel. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Vigocare for two years, from November 2020 to May 2022. Janmejay also held the position of Head of Talent Management at Telehealth at Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited from September 2019 to November 2020. Before that, they worked in Corporate Human Resources roles at Tata Projects from August 2016 to August 2019 and at Mytrah Energy from September 2011 to August 2016.

Janmejay Mohanty has a background in HR Talent Management, with a degree in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. Janmejay also holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Studies from The University of British Columbia. In addition to their formal education, Janmejay has obtained several certifications. Janmejay is a certified NLP Practitioner from ANLP INTERNATIONAL CIC, a certified Life Coach from Symbiosis, and a Master Trainer from Dale Carnegie Training. Janmejay has also completed certifications in Coaching and Mentoring from CTPDC Counselling Training Limited and Thomas HJA & PPA from Thomas International.
