Niko Kupari

Niko Kupari has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Niko started their career at Elisa in 2005, where they worked in customer services until 2006.

In 2007, Niko joined Qvantel and held various roles over the years. Niko started as a Project Manager, Solution Manager, and Scrum Master, where they were responsible for managing projects and leading teams. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as an Account Manager and Team Lead, focusing on customer relationship management.

Niko then transitioned to a Project Manager and Billing Manager role, where they set up an offshore Operations Team and worked for a Central European Mobile Operator. Their main duties involved knowledge build-up and transfer. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Billing Manager, overseeing billing operations.

In 2018, Niko became the Head of Revenue Management in Service Operations at Qvantel, responsible for managing revenue-related operations. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Business Expert in Product Management, utilizing their previous experience to develop Revenue Management products and integrations. Currently, they hold the position of Product Manager for Billing Systems, directing the roadmap product development and software development for postpaid billing systems at Qvantel. Their main emphasis is on securing a comprehensive and competitive edge for telecom billing as part of their Full Stack BSS.

Niko Kupari earned a Master of Sciences degree in Economics from the University of Jyväskylä, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
