Philip Wilkerson

Philip Wilkerson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Philip has extensive experience in quality assurance, holding positions such as Software QA Tester at Qvinci Software, Quality Assurance Manager at Indeed.com, and QA roles at various other companies including Arkane Studios, BattleCry Studios, and Electronic Arts. In these roles, Philip was responsible for ensuring the quality of products and implementing new processes to improve quality standards. Philip also worked as a Senior Service Advocate at Farmers Insurance, where they communicated with agencies nationwide to troubleshoot policy errors and maintain customer satisfaction. Additionally, Philip served as a Technical Training Evaluation Assistant in the United States Air Force and worked as a Marketing and Internet Intern at Scripps Howard News Service.

Philip Wilkerson attended Trinity University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications. Philip then pursued further education at Austin Community College from 2012 to 2014, where they received a Certificate in Game Design. In addition to their formal education, Philip obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in April 2011.
