Adam Bonwitt

Adam Bonwitt has extensive work experience in the field of data and analytics. Adam began their career in 2014 at ResearchGate, where they held multiple roles over the years. These roles included Scientific Content Moderator, Data Acquisition and Quality Manager, Community Support Team Lead, and finally Data Quality Manager.

In 2021, Adam joined Qwist as the Data Team Lead. In this role, they manage a team of 7 experts and collaborates with engineers to provide requirements for product development. Adam also works with the Governance & Risk Team to ensure compliance with regulations and prioritize user privacy. Additionally, Adam is responsible for owning and adapting finleap's transaction categorization product for different markets and use-cases. Lastly, they play a key role in developing Qwist's data strategy.

Adam Bonwitt obtained a Master's Degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis from Freie Universität Berlin from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the same institution from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in Advanced Excel Skills from TERTIA Berufsförderung GmbH & Co. KG Bildungsträger in 2015.
