Chuy Michel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT and business services sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at VALCE Talent Solutions since January 2016, Chuy specializes in sourcing top IT talent and optimizing nearshore solutions. As Vice President of Intelligent Automation at Chazey Partners, Chuy has successfully driven significant growth in software and automation services sales globally. Previous roles include Director of Global Business Services at Herbalife Nutrition, where Chuy implemented continuous improvement and robotics process automation initiatives, and leadership positions at Lenovo and IBM, focusing on shared services and supply chain integration. Chuy holds dual Master’s degrees in Global Management and Business Administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
