Navjyot Khalsa is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the IT sector. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for QX Global Group since June 2022, Navjyot plays a pivotal role in transforming client businesses through Smart Resourcing, process optimization, and intelligent automation. Prior to this, Navjyot worked as a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Turabit and as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter at BiztechCS. Experience also includes a role as a Senior Talent Acquisition Research Consultant at IMS Group. Educational qualifications include a degree in Graphic/Web Application Design from TOPS Technologies and a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Applied Arts from Sabar Institute of Technology for Girls in India.
