Phil Searle

Phil Searle is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transformation and finance. Currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer at QX Global Group since January 2022, Phil also founded and leads Chazey Partners, where global operations focus on transformation projects worldwide. Previous roles include CFO at Galileo by Travelport from 2004 to 2006, Group Vice President Finance at Cendant for a brief period in April 2004, and Vice President & Corporate Controller at 3Com Corporation from 1998 to 2003. Early career experience includes positions as Senior Operational Analyst at Kellock and Audit Supervisor at KPMG. Phil holds a BA Hons degree in Economics from the University of Exeter, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
