Shreya Sawant has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shreya is currently working at The QYOU as the Head of HR - People & Culture. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant, providing services in India, the US, Bangladesh, and the UAE.

Before their freelance work, Shreya held various positions at Saregama India Ltd., including Deputy Manager roles in HRBP and Talent Acquisition & Talent Management. Shreya was responsible for recruitment, leadership hiring, variable pay planning, talent dashboards, process improvement, training & development initiatives, employee engagement, legal compliance, retention management, and HRIS implementation.

Earlier in their career, Shreya worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Dentsu Aegis Network India, focusing on talent acquisition and onboarding. Shreya also served as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources Business Partnering at Castle Media Private Limited, where they handled recruitment and onboarding responsibilities.

Shreya's experience also includes roles at Disney+ Hotstar, Star TV Network, The Times Group, Alchemist Talent Solutions, and Ascent HR. Shreya'sresponsibilities across these roles revolved around talent acquisition, screening, database management, client servicing, and recruitment support.
