Adriana Hernandez

Adriana Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Adriana began their career at UPS in 2001 as an IQA-Data Entry employee, where they handled various clerical tasks, data entry, and trained new employees. In 2006, they worked as a Shipping Receiving Clerk at Store Image, where they provided clerical support, data entry, and excellent customer service. Adriana then moved on to Star Personnel Services as an On-site Recruiter, responsible for recruiting new associates and performing administrative duties. After that, they worked at Express Employment Professionals as an Office Support employee, handling order information, filing, typing, and providing customer service. At Johnson Controls, Adriana served as an Export Specialist, addressing customer service calls regarding emergency orders and resolving shipping-related issues. Adriana'smost recent position was at R.A Jones, where they held two roles: Logistics Specialist and Customer Service Representative. In these roles, they ensured compliance with shipping regulations, communicated with customers, ensured customer satisfaction, managed orders and quotations, and resolved any issues that arose.

Adriana Hernandez began their education in 2013 when they enrolled at Beckfield College. Adriana studied Business Administration and Management, General at this institution until 2015. In the same year, they also attended The Airline Academy and obtained a diploma in Customer Service.
