Silke Thurner

Silke Thurner has a diverse work experience starting from 2000 to present. Silke has held various roles in different companies. Silke began their career as a Student Research Assistant at the University of Hamburg in 2000. Then, they worked as a Working Student at Kuraray Europe GmbH from 2004 to 2007. Silke continued their studies and became a Student Research Assistant at FH Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences in 2012.

In 2013, they joined R-Biopharm AG first as an Intern and later as a Working Student. Moving forward, they worked at Kulzer as a Production Controller from 2014 to 2017. Silke then joined DiaSorin as a Manufacturing Controller from 2017 to 2018. Silke joined Deutsche Leasing Gruppe in 2018 as a Production Development Specialist until 2019.

Currently, they are working at R-Biopharm AG, where they began as the Director Controlling in 2019, then became the Director Production from 2020 to 2021. As of March 2021, they are serving as the Vice Presidentin Operations.

Silke Thurner began their education at the University of Hamburg in 1999, where they pursued studies in Chemistry and French. Silke then transferred to the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in 2003 and continued their studies in the same fields until 2005. Following this, they attended the Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2005 to 2008, where they focused on Chemistry without obtaining a specific degree. Finally, Silke completed their education at FH Frankfurt from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in business administration.
