Owen W.

Owen W. is an accomplished cultural resource project manager with extensive experience in regulatory guidance and resource protection. As Vice President at R. Christopher Goodwin & Associates, Inc. since September 2019, Owen leads initiatives that ensure the safeguarding of sensitive resources, including submerged archaeological sites and historic structures. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Cultural Resource Specialist - Maritime Archaeologist at Ecology and Environment, Inc. from 2014 to 2019, and roles as Administrator, Project Coordinator, and Preservation Consultant at Historical Integrity from 2006 to 2013. Owen holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology/Maritime Archaeology from Florida State University and a Master's degree focused on Historic Preservation and Historic Archaeology from The University of Georgia.
